Event: Technical Seminar on Hong Kong Tax Updates 2009 - FULL
 

This is an annual update on the development in Hong Kong Tax.  The discussion this year will cover the developments in tax case law and in practice and some emerging international taxation issues relevant to Hong Kong taxpayers.

The key topics are:

  1. Source of Profits, including the recent judgment in the Datatronic case
  2. Anti-Avoidance and Penalty, including the recent judgment in the Ngai Lik case
  3. Other Issues in Profits Tax and Salaries Tax
  4. Cross-border / International Tax Issues

REMARKS: Once the date of seminar has been chosen, swopping of seats in between two seminars will not be entertained.
