Technical Seminar on Recent Amendments to the Listing Rules (FULL)

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has published a number of consultation conclusions and implemented the Listing Rules changes in June 2010.  This seminar provides an update on these amendments which includes Changes to Connected Transaction Rules, Streamlining on Circular and Listing Document Requirements and New Rules for Mineral Companies.
