EGM 2010

The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of ACCA Hong Kong was successfully held on 27 May 2010 at Island Shangri-La Hong Kong. The special resolution for the adoption of a new Hong Kong Network Constitution through a phased approach was put to vote. A total of 102 members have cast their votes through ballots by post or by show of hands at the EGM. 99 members voted for the special resolution and 3 voted against. It was resolved that the special resolution be carried.
